In modern engines fully synthetic oil should be use. Viscosity should be select as per your local weather instead of international weather. Always try to use imported and high grade engine engine oil, I have no believe in local engine oils. Engine must be drain according to grade instead of advice of oil dealer and mechanics, because oil is life of engine. According to Pakistan dusty environment should be change prior to international mileage standards. I have found two best quality Korean Engine oils "AISIN" and "Kixx" but their availability is rare. Mobil and Attock Eneos oil is also better. Oil filter should be use as per OEM of your Car because there is size difference in oil filter which can effect on oil pressure.
