I'm sorry but where in my entire post did I say I sued the airline. I'm saying you can't sue them, its pakistan.

Did I say anywhere in my post that Fly Dubai is Pakistani? Secondly I've travelled to over a dozen countries on business trips and at times have borded even 10 minuts prior to departure. The reason Fly Dubai didn't allow me to board is becuase they sold more tickets than seats then closed the bording once all the seats were occupied. In PK there is no check and balance and practicies like that go unchecked.

You did imply it being in Pakistani you can't sue the airline as it local airline,but fact is you can sue this airline in Pakistan or its county of origin ie,but what you saying now is called overselling which like it or not common practise in about 99% of airlines in world.Airlines work on a model where they anticipate certain percentage of people won't turn up
for flight and they double sell those seats.Most of times it works out but some time it doesn't and that's what you faced.Its actually in small print of your contract with airline.its got nothing to do with it being a Pakistani airports,i can't understand why people in Pakistan love to bash own country for no reason at all.

Really!! How did I imply it when I was explicit about the fact that you can't sue. Did I ever state or talk about the origin of the airline?

Yes overselling happens but if everyone turns up they are compensated and don't have the door shut on theit faces. How come all patriots choose to live in other countries amazes me.

Fact is if you are denied boarding by airline because of over booking then you get compensated there and then in shape of fresh booking and hotel if necessary. Your case seems different.
Secondly thanks for pointing out ,yeah I don't live in Pakistan and I'm not sure about being a patriot but I sure won't blame a missed flight on "supposedly parchi bharti in a country where you can't even sue a airline " and it doesn't matter if the country is Pakistan or uk. Have a good day.
