Yup our first priority was to have rooms in PTDC but when we reached there, that chopper was standing there and ready to take off... and we were denied of the room at that moment... but later in the evening we were offered rooms there but that was of no use as we already had rooms in some other hotel...
And regarding the chief guest... i mentioned this heli as the chief guest's because this was bigger than the other one... 
and you know the presentation stuff... that's what our media doing now a days... present a normal event like a huge thing and a huge news as nothing had happened...
