A small view of VERY BIG mines....I think there are 17 floors of these mines and we are visiting number 6...thats what guide told us..

Its another very nice place in the mines called "crystal palace"(I think this was the name).door of crystal palace in the following pic..again made from salt bricks.

Another interesting thing."oxygen tunnel" These mines are kilometers n kilometers under the mountains but no shortage of oxygen is there...
these type of oxygen tunnels are in abundance which create natural air current providing good air/oxygen supply through out the mines....

Now there are three big halls joined by bridges of salt.....unsupported bridge...very high roofs..
