Yes i have.

It does not live up to the hype it has created over the internet.

And also when people say that the bottle is an art piece, thats also an overstatement, Uomo's bottle is what i'll call an art piece.

John Varvatos Artisan's bottle is also nice with the jute ribbon wrapped net around the bottle.

Not saying that it is a bad fragrance but the hype is just too much over rated.

My final call was between Uomo, SpiceBomb and Gentlemen Intense by Givenchy.

I would personally advise to test John Varvatos fragrances alongside Spicebomb before you make a purchase.

Yes, it is a nice fragrance but I like Bvlgari Men in Black better(both smell perfectly similar) and its cheaper as well.

Anyway coming back to your query.
Valentino is one of the best fragrances in my collection. After Allure Sports Extreme i thought i'd never find a more sweet yet nice smelling scent but Uomo was a perfect scent. The silage is phenomenal and so is the longevity.
It is a perfect party fragrance, a very luxurious feel.
Mix it with tobacco smoke and you will feel like a billionaire lol.

Bought these from Alfatah store, Centaurus;

Armani Code (plain not perfumo)-125 ml - 8000
Hugo Boss (Men) Green pakcing 200 ml - 4200

Went there with list of perfumes selected from discussion here, excluding those that i used before. Most of good perfumes were not there but prices were reasonable.

I donot prefer sweat or spicy and go for citrus or woody and wanted some for my daily wear.

D&D One appealed a lot. D & G Intenso was on a more stronger side and sweat one. D & G One - 200 ml was for 7200.

Can someone advise on an alternative buying source in Islamabad, with original stuff and reasonable prices?

The house of scent on facebook has 100 autnetic and orignal perfumes and thei rates are 2-300 less than market so u can buy from them with close eyes i have bought few perfumes and they are 100% geniuen
