In chondas two kinds of bikes available in market with 72cc & 78cc written on head cylinder.in every new bikes first 1600 kilometers are very sensitive during this period if you didn't speed up your bike gradually & didn't touch the max speed then your bike never ever give you a best fuel average & also does not goes to top speed this is a rule of science

I own a 70cc road prince since May 2013 which beats honda cd 70 and other chondas with the crusing speeds of 90 to 100 (125 and other heavy bikes is a different case). Mileage is 50 at the speed of 40 to 50 km/h, while 40 to 45 at the speed of 80 or 90 km/h. I always Change Zic oil after every 1k to 1.5k. Have done two tours from LHR to GUj.WALA and two from LHR to FSD and atleast 10 comprising the distance of 70km each . Total mileage is 10400 km.

Update: It's a Euro 2 bike. Upon careful inspection, i noticed that the pipe between Euro 2 device and carb was leaking air. Replacing the pipe did the magic and now getting 60kpl (As i can guess, in order to compensate for air leaking, it required more fuel. As soon as I blocked air leak, RPM went high, so I leaned the mixture to set the RPM right)

Bike mileage depends on driving style too. If you accelerate too hard it will surely effect mileage. I have Road Prince 70 (78mm) and it gives 60+ if drive between 40 - 50 km/h, above 50 results in less mileage. I never disassemble its carb only clean by opening its bottom.

i have modified my dhoom chonda to 100cc and using pz22 carb and riding b/w 45-60 i get 55 kmpl..
last tuning of carb was done few months ago.. filter is duly cleanted twice a year . (using pod air filter)
top speed 90 kmph.. (last 10-20 % of throttle only shoots rpm but no speed.. probably using default sprockets/primary/secondary gears)

A friend of mine getting 55-60km/L from his 78cm chonda every time on full throttle
