But, they are nowhere near Androids, especially when it comes to apps etc. Not worth the money atleast for now.

You are right but majority of daily used apps are there and for few special apps I would think might do paying.

Used on 540 and it's better than windows phone 8, but in terms of transition and animations I loved windows 8, don't know why but windows 8 transition effects were much better to me

On lumia 535 I am running Windows 8.1 denim update , tried to install Windows 10 via insider program but download never started , same is happening with my cousin who also have 535

Since its released officially, so it should get windows 10 mobile update, even without being insider. No idea what's happening, lets ask @moiniqbal if he updated his 535 to Windows 10 mobile or not.

I've sold my Lumia to a friend so don't have many details... He wasn't signed up for Insider, got the update on the day it was released and downloaded without problems. It's running okay so far apart from the odd crashes here and there.
Try resetting the phone or downloading from their website or PC client if something like that exists.

Yeah, most of day to day usage apps are available. App gap issue does not bother me much, because i researched in advance about my required apps before coming to Windows.

That's the most interesting feature of Lumia flagships, but similar thing in Android can be done too by using chromecast (or similar), bluetooth mouse and keyboard and it becomes a mini workstation.

I rooted my galaxy note 3neo and i wanted to unroot it. i just simply clicked on the supersu, found the unroot button and pressed it. it unrooted itself but knox isnt working and the device status is unofficial and plenty of bug reports are captured.

as I was already using Marshmallow Theme so I couldn't figured out any visual difference.

Speed wise it feels little fast and smooth may be 10% to 20%
Other than than, I find no difference in battery or any other performance.

you can do a fresh installation by deleting cache partition and data and then install official firmware via ODIN

950XL itself is a great device, but the major apps issue is such that,

Even if we find all the right apps. Many apps in windows store barely receive updates, so many of them are buggy. Like Tapatalk and Tapatalk classic both apps have not received any update since last few months, they are buggy and crash every now and then.

Very few apps receive frequent updates, as most developers are sleeping when it comes to updates. I hoped Windows 10 mobile will improve it, but it has not, atleast for now.

So apps full of bugs will cause crashing and make your overall experience miserable.

Infact, 950XL came with a ton of software bugs from factory, which have now been fixed to a greater extent.
