no but I have found the reason.

The firmware for International Market S5 900F doesn't have LTE option.

Either I have to install some Carrier specific Firmware and LTE option will appear.
or
I can do it with root
or
I wait for a official upgrade from Samsung to solve this issue.

I just talked to Samsung Pakistan support guys.
They told me that Note4 has been launched in Pakistan, its LTE but doesn't show LTE option in menu. it is the same problem as mine.
and the solution for Note4 is a on coming official firmware upgrade expected to come in 10 days by samsung.

He further told me that either wait for an official firmware as they don't have 900F wala firmware as it hasn't been launched in Pakistan.
may be if S5 with LTE is launched in Pakistan, he can help me with that.

I am currently using CM11 by Team UB . Here is link to that

Team (UB) Unofficial Modded Builds ( the last link is for the g900f )

CM11 for S5 is very very stable / lag free / Great on battery . However you`ll have to use the CM based camera or any other for your camera needs.

There is a lot of dev support available for the S5(g900f) . There are tons of custom roms available in the xda`s section . Happy Modding

Ohh and 1st backup your EFS before flashing just to be safe

The network has to be listed in the csc list of 4G operators.
As I mentioned above, before I will get the LTE option in Mobile Networks my mobile operator has to be listed in my phone CSC.
I have UK/Dubai phone, and of course ZONG is not a UK/Dubai network provider. Therefore will not appear in the UK/DUbai CSC.

This will take some work to activate the LTE option, and I should approach ZONG for support.

Zong has to ask samsung to add their names in the CSC list

For members who want to use LTE services in Pakistan and they have samsung LTE phone but now showing LTE menu in network mode.
here is the solution for them

Change with a root explorer of your choice (e.g. Root Explorer, Solid Explorer or EF File Explorer) the value “false” in filepersist.radio.lteon into “true” by way of build-in text editor of the root explorer. The file is located in root/data/property. Be sure permissions of persist.radio.lteon are set to rw, after altering the file save the file and make it read-only. Reboot your phone, now you will see and be able to pick the option “LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)” in Network Mode menu. Important: before altering ANY file on your phone be sure you have a copy of the original, unaltered file!!! Advantage of this solution: even after a phone reboot the option “LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)” will remain visible/activated.

If you are not comfortable with altering the system files, here is the solution for you

When you are afraid or not tech-savvy enough to alter phone files you can download “Advanced Signal Status” on Google Play. Start the app, go into Advanced Info located on bottom of the app and subsequent choose LTE/GSM/CDMA auto (PRL) in the first sub-menu of Advanced Info. In phone Network Mode menu option “LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect)” will still not be visible but nevertheless you will be able to use LTE/4G. Disadvantage of this solution will be that after every phone reboot you have to start “Advanced Signal Status app” and reactivate LTE/GSM/CDMA option.

Please remember that LTE/4G will only work in area’s with LTE and your phone data-plan includes the use of LTE. Good luck and have fun!

I also have a LTE note 3 and was also excited about the launch of 4g from what I got on net, the GSM provider or the manufacturer will release an OTA update which will enable LTE
