You know, the best way to check correct model number is download mode. Many used phones in market are tampered/modified to show international model numbers when they are actually American or korean. Download mode is best way to check that tampering. It happened to many PW members.

no dear, i have my self seem few phones with showing one model number in download mode but they are some other model number.

like in model number phone shows N9005 where as it is originally N900

so this phone info software tells you several information.
It even tells you the date of manufacturing of the phone
number of times the charger was connected
color of the phone from factory (incase body casing is changed later)
memory size.
phone serial number reset (incase of refurbishing)
etc etc

so my knowledge says. the download mode is just not enough to test/check a phone.

Yeah, this app is my best friend btw. This is indeed a great and legit app for Samsung. I always use it and it mostly works. Download mode just confirms the actual model number, but this app tells more useful info and tests its originality. Both are equally important.

Aida64 and hardware tests are two good apps to check and test windows phones. If anyone knows a better app, please add it here.

Do you people receive pakwheels push notifications on windows phone forum apps like Tapatalk, Tapatalk classic, mTalk app?.

I am facing this issue on windows phone, and i even opened a thread about it.

Forum apps are allowed to run in background and also push notifications are on, but i do not receive push notifications.

This problem prevents me to participate in multiple threads, as then i have to manually check my individual notifications one by one on computer.

Well usually I use PW Forums on Android and don't use push notification for the sake of battery and performance , where as on windows phone I use 535 with wp 8.1 and push notifications are working, however never used Tapatalk on wp 10 so may be wp 10 has some bug BTW have you ever used push notifications on wp 10? May be Tapatalk app, s background data is permanently disabled , check it may be you find something there

Anyone using p8 lite L21 series? i would like to know if any user received Marshmallow update! or when will it be launched in Pakistan! right now the version is B160 and if there is a official (non-beta version) firmware available to install manually kindly share the link if possible!

Same here as the other brother said, I too use PW on android, but I can try on WP and report back.

Guys im facing some huge problems on my rooted lg g3 sprint ls990. I um currently on cloudy g3 rom and having twrp recovery version 3.0.2. All features on cloudy are working dine but there is a huge battery drain. So i flashed a custom stock rom of fulmics 5. After successful flashing after bootup the screen is asking for a password although i have never encrypted my phone. Now only 3 attempts left since i tried using different codes like 0000 and 1234 but nothing has worked out. Please help me out here

The signals issue is due to your imei number is deleted , enter it and it will work , same happened with my friend , though battery drain is due to network frequency difference due to which the battery drain increases
