I disagree. PIA is the best airline in south asia. I have never had a problem with them. Its the passengers who spoil it. I admit they have a few issues such as photocopies required at airport but they have vever lost my luggage.

I remember back in the days it was bad.. they are so mean u cant even ask them for pepsi they get mad at you.. Havent flown them lately but hope they got rid of the cocroaches and the old air hostesses... they need to hire some younger ones makes the flight more pleasant... good luck..
