Let me clear you ,i said you that ''MOST OF THE FEMALE PILOTS IN PAF FLY T-38 not all got it they are only few who fly for PAF,you may check from F-7's chief pilot how much they have allowed their female pilots to push their aircraft .Well let me tell you how it works,as you said you listened tower ,wel as i said we have very FEW female pilots and yes when ever communication is going on then always Captain is on his LEG,now you wont be knowing what LEG means ? LEG means the person who is flying at that time does not normally communicates ,its first officer duty ,secondly obviously if some body is trained enough only then they are allowed but again as i said since you do not now how air craft flies you cant explain or tell what this job needs and in worst or emergency situation what procedures are required and how to execute them safely , in my start of the conversation i said m not being biased but there are many real time strange happenings which remained till cockpit and never reached to management level . You need to know those happenings events first then you will understand what i mean
