PIA boeing 777 review

Hey guys, just wanted to check if anybody has travelled on PIA'S 777-300 OR 777-200. What are your reviews on it? How are the business class and economy seats? service and on time?

I intend to travel on it internationally and it will be first time using PIA as i usually go for emirates or qatar airways.

sir g 777-200 n 300 both are well maintained by PIA...people used to criticise alot these days ... it depends on u whether u like the airline or not...another thing is that u cannot compare PIA with emirates n qatar airways coz they are far much better then PIA...
in my opinion PIA 777's are not bad at all...both business n economy class are good,service is good too just don't notice every minor thing during flight,be positive,how ever about time cannot say anything coz aircraft could be technical anytime...but mostly flights are on time,very less chances of delay.

i usually went to countries on ethiad bcs of ppl saying pia is bad etc etc
but srsly this tyme cmng to USA on pia ..i realli liked the service it is equal or btr thn etihad nt less thn thm.
the only thing we need is a better crew.more educated and young..nt 45-60 yrs old crew with a rude attitude
on my way back frm london last tyme etihad flight was awsome till abu dabi but frm there it was a worse plane..nd worse crew srsly i was gng to slap a air hsts just bcs how she was treating the ppl lyke we are travelling for free..and one young man who was coming frm LAX filed a case on etihad crew..bcs of so rude behaviour

If ur planning to go to USA (NY) or Canada then ur flight would be on time bcz these flights r operated by B777-200 LR's which arent operated elsewhere hence the punctuality of these 2 flights r almost 99%

Rest choice is all urs

Delays happen in every airline ....
out of 305 Hajj flights if 15-20 flights get delayed then its not a big deal considering a fleet of just 30 aircrafts !

U dont like PIA ..... Dont fly it SIMPLE !

i have travelled most of the times from Copenhagen to Lahore ,,where they are deploying 777-200,,i think PIA is not bad airline at all, but things where they should upto the level, that is service and the care to their passengers ,,they have 777 very well maintained and in-flight sevice also not bad ,both in business and economy classes.

I have travelled in them to saudi arabia and back twice a year for 3-4 years. The plans are no doubt good. But the crew on saudia-pak flights really treat you like you're travelling for free. Food? oh don't even talk abt it.

We started travelling in Saudi Airlines since last year and felt a "huge" difference in service and also the fare for the same class tickets is about $200-300 cheaper. There's no turning back now i guess.

May i tell you one thing ? PIA all aircrafts even 777 sucks. Economy, First or business they all sucks you can have a try

777 is the only aircraft i opt to travel in, but i am talking strickly domestic here, my food experience on ANY flights have been horrible ... always i was given "something" which ended up smelling like something else yet tasted like something totally different. Seats are comfy atleast for a short flight, crew can be good or can be ******** depends on your luck

DO NOT travel economy, because of the imbecile management's orders to not provide blankets to every passenger the crew is intructed to keep the temperature in the cabin elevated, but the thing is that it gets VERY warm, borderline unbearable. Furthermore the seats are extremely uncomfortable(recaros).

To those complining about the crew's attitude: Typically on long international flights, there are two sets of crews that do service for half the flighht's time each. i don't know of anyone who would do have to do a 12 hour non stop shift serving to probably the worst and most demnding passengers(yes pakistanis) and dont have a hint of attitude.

Hajj Operations: The only passengers in the world to take full showers in a 747's lavratory.

i think PIA needs to do alot to improve its image in the eyes of its custoemrs and the nation. there are very few customers who like PIA..
travelling on an airline is all about trust 'i believe'... i cannot trust my life with PIA.
i know living and dying is out of our control but i cannot even trust PIA with domestic flights. i would rather travel by road or by train..

in my life i have never travelled by PIA because i did'nt feel secure travelling with it, even though there are direct flights but i don't mind waiting at Dubai or Abu Dhabi airport for 6-8hrs..
on the other hand other airlines such as Emirates, Etihad, Gulf Air, Qatar Airways etc are airlines which have an excellent image among customers. and this is solely because of the services they provide.

Why these nerds needs VIP protocol on Hajj?? They must be looking forward for a VVIP treatment on the day of judgement and in the world there after as well. Obviously according to their worldly deeds
