Booth: The booth that we are using for this project is a regular one used to paint cars it has a filtration system with a thermostat for temperature control so it's a controlled environment! The paint is laid inside the booth and as the air is filtered there is a very little chance of dirt in the paint as the persons sprays or even when its drying, so the buffing required is less.
The stove one is called the "Bhatti Paint", they usually paint it outside and then place it inside a iron cupboard with a propane stove placed at the very bottom. That technique is old school and most of the people who paint motorcycles or small items use that. The only pitfall is dirt or blotches in paint even though the finish is awesome.I have seen old vespa ustads painting the entire vespa in that cupboard
Paint: We are using Nexa 2k Paint! 2K means that the paint has 2 parts, the paint and hardener. They mix the paint and the hardner in a particular ratio and the finsih is awesome. There are different types of paint...metallic, candy, pearl, flat or regular, matt etc etc
I am going for metallic with pearl. Gonna reveal the paint soon. The only HINT I can give for now that it's a Toyota paint code and it's gonna POP! INSHALLAH
