Amazing! My late grand father was a licensed pilot and was a veteran acrobatic flyer on WW2 planes. That is how I found out about some of the amazing planes like the Spitfire.

Wonderful pics man! Knowing you, I think you could've gotten lost in the mechanical details of each of the earlier planes where everything was open for everyone to see. The engines, the control linkages, even the structure were all like artwork. I especially like the woodwork on the older planes.
