The Turbo spools after 4500 RPM...before the SC does the job and after 4500 RPM Electro-magnetic clutch unplugs from the SC and the Turbo kicks in. The set up is fuel efficient as well is not limited to drag racing since turbo lag wont be an issue?!

This set up is very cool ..especially for daily drivers!! Need more reading!

The VW TSI technology is availabe in many VW Variants. For power with reasonable fuel efficiency..and is on sale in Jetta, Passat, Touran. The 1.4 TSI engine by VW won the best international engine of the year '09 as well as the best green-engien of the year '09: Source: report.

Haha...I don't know how I completely missed that one! You're right about the AMG C32 being sold in the U.S., I just don't remember it at all. I don't even think i've ever seen one on the road!
