oh, you are interpreting it wrongly, the TURBO is pumping air into the pipe going inside the right fender....the pipe comes out somewhere from the left half of the car and directs compressed cooled air into the intake of the motor...

Everytime ive seen photos of the supra, the one running "petromin logos", I wonder how the owner allows himself to run his machine WITHOUT an airfilter ...and especially when its sooo dusty!!
Is this un-professional or am I missing something...?

well spotted you are 100% right, this setup is for racing purposes only. there is a metal mesh fixed on the turbo to prevent large particles entering it and damaging the inside (or getting a hand caught in it).

the pipe is of the intercooler, not air filter, not air intake, plain and simple from the intercooler to the intake manifold

a friend made a couple of videos but they are just useless
and I saw a total 5 runs and then I went out of the track because of no activity
kehte ho to I,ll upload those2~3 videos aswell
