It has been Raining since last 12 hours which means relatively cleaner and dust free environment for us on Sunday. Ideally it should have rained on saturday but still something is better than nothing

And fortress is not possible due to Army's strictness. They wouldnt bother telling us to get lost. Considering the level of security they have for civilians.
During day time there is no army at fortress, i think its worth checking out.
