Hyundai Nishat and KIA Lucky should do the mkt survey for awd and fwd crossovers sales since they came into mkt, more ppl are buying fwd Tucson and Sportage due to better fuel average. Kia Lucky has brought old shape Sorento V6 fully loaded in fwd but their sales were bad due to older shape.

They should go into ratio like 80% fwd model and 20% in awd.

You have it the other way around. Almost every Sportage and Tuscon I see is AWD. Even on Pakwheels there are over 500 AWD Sportage for sale and only around 250 FWD.

Not in Khi, I know coz I had awd Sportage selling price wasnt good compare to fwd Sportage, even though it was only 10k km driven but resale of awd is bad. In my company 3 of my staff went for fwd Sportage and two staff got fwd Tucson, two of the other staff got Sportage awd later regretted it n sold it. Everyone is more into fuel economical so in current mkt situation more customer demand of fwd compare to awd.

Adaptive cruise control most probably will come because it's part of Hyundai ADAS system package. There had been mixed news about it and my contact didn't drive car on highway. It was driven on factory premises and they could not check the system functionality due to limited space and unavailability of highway traffic. Let's hope it's part of the safety equipment.

Yes your local dealer in Peshawar will have a display unit on October 2nd. Infact they might already have it under cover and hidden from public because dealers were getting demo units this week.

I am getting news that even AWD don't get full Hyundai ADAS system as seen overseas. Like most probably missing auto braking. And probably no adaptive cruise control.

My father's seriously considering this car even though he's from the "pre smartphone era" and therefore "Toyota or nothing" type of person. I guess AWD and hybrid engine have their own charm.

the only feature he cares about is adaptive cruise control and "shark fin antenna". without these he won't give the car a second glance.

both FWD and AWD have black seating surface.
Both have same 8" head-unit.
AWD gets Harman Kardon 10 speaker audio system.
Panoramic in both.
FWD has no heated or ventilated seats and automatically no heated steering.
ADAS only on AWD and that too not with same functionalities like overseas. like no auto braking and no adaptive CC.
NO 360 camera on FWD
NO Power tailgate on FWD. [ confirmation awaited ].
same tires Continental tyre 235/55R19 on both AWD and FWD.

Mansha sb just lost a potential customer.

We would have never thought of Santa Fe as Haval h6 hev is a very nice product and was also considered by us but last I checked there's no haval 3s dealership in Peshawar which put me off.
