If anybody from Honda Atlas is reading this. For heavens sake stop putting those crappy infotainment screens in all your cars. That one reason alone makes me not wanna buy any Honda cars.

Ya'll guys keep nitpicking about features but that price with Honda badging, it will definitely get sales just like Cross.

If cross were selling in numbers that Toyota Indus had projected it would not have seen price cut(s) and Toyota would have added NEV levy as it did for other of its models today

The only hot SUVs (any segment) atm are the H6 and Tucson. Everyone else is either playing catchup or have relegated themselves to not so hot SUVs category

Toyota relies on government contracts. Take those away and Fortuner, Hilux and Corolla sales will be close to zero.

I don't think even the JDM Vezel has sunroof. It has glass but it doesn't open from what I know.

Isn't Atto 3 and HRV similarly sized?

Both Atto and Jolion are closer to Sportage. HR-V is lower segment CSUV.

So it appears that all HRV models have Honda Sensing Suite. If the ICE versions retain their dual zone AC and lower price, that would make them a better purchase IMO.

This is probably the most underwhelming launch of e:hev. I was honestly expecting more. 90 lacs is a pretty big amount and honda still can't provide a good infotainment system. No blindspot monitoring as well, no electric seats or anything else.

Is it the final product? I mean the impression I got was similar, like that's it? They slap on hybrid and nothing more. Makes me think these are just demos. But Honda usually disappoints so wishful thinking.

ADAS features being available in all variants is a huge bonus for non-hybrid models. Finally makes some sense to buy VTI & VTI-S at 75.5 & 78 lac respectively. Thoughts?

Well the biggest knock against was the lack of cruise control, and now they've given it the full Sensing suite AND reduced the price by 1 lac. Somewhere somehow an accountant made some error and nobody at Atlas caught on to it.

Their arrogance became their downfall.. launching a car missing basic features like dumb cruise control.. thinking it will sell cuz “mein te Honda he lesaan”… as if it is 2010 .

Basic ADAS isn't all that expensive anymore.

Basic ADAS suite (a camera and mm-Wave radar like used in Honda Sensing here) for this basic ADAS feature set costs between a few hundred to around $1000 depending on the quality and additional hardware.

In fact, there are now suppliers in China that provide features like Navigate on Autopilot within the $1000 price range.

Visited showroom yesterday. Once again disappointed. Due to congested space especially rear seating, no sun roof.

Salesman was constantly talking about torque and nothing else. No one was at showroom, no enthusiasm at all . Seems like half hearted launch
