HEVs in general don't make much sense to me, considering the payback time for the extra cost, and by then you would have to replace the battery
. It's disappointing to see the reaction of Honda & Toyota to the competition from Hyundai, KIA, Changhan & especially Haval. HRV & Cross has not captured the market like the rest of the manufacturers I mentioned. HRV is more of a "City SUV" like how Stonic was marketed tbh. I hope these new competitors enter the sedan segment and give a tough time to the likes of Corolla/Yaris & Civic/City. And eventually we can break free from the inferior quality of cars by Suzuki, Toyota & Honda. And ofc, Pakistan's no. 1 car indicator, resale.
