Unfortunately what you are saying is true. CG125 is getting stolen a lot. Before I used to hear CG getting stolen in Lahore but now I hear lot of cases where it is being snatched at gun point :o
Pehle lahore mein CG ki snatching bohut kum thi. Usually CGs were stolen from houses or parking spaces but now they put gun on your head and take the bike

I want to quote an incident of my cousin who bought Honda cg 125 in Black colour brand new. He used to job on Jail Road and his home is located in Wapda Town. He said me that three times the Dakoos followed him till his house. He used to drive it very fast and in night when he used to enter in the Street of his home the Sound used to be very loud because his duty time are odd and many times he used to come home like after 2 am. So due to this dakoo factor he sold his Cg and bought Suzuki Sprinter eco.
This incident is only 2 Years ago.
