Planning to Install CNG in new Swift from Al-Razaq G-10

^^when u switch to petrol, emulator is bypassed and signal is sent to petrol injectors
when u turn to cng, signal to actual petrol injectors is sut off. at the same time Emulator simulates the presence of injectors and fools the ecu that it(the emulator) is working just like injectors.
a good emulator fools the ecu well so no check engine light
a bad emulator does not fool the ecu well..so ecu thinks injectors are not working and so check engine light is on
in other words, the emulator's job is to take over the responsibility of injectors when switched to cng WITHOUT letting the ecu know that it has taken over. (actual injectors are turned off at this moment)

thanks for the help and clarity; one more question: Again engine check light is "ON" but why after running car 40KM on CNG ?

consult your cng installer ! there shouldn't be check engine light on at all !
2ndly u can also get it diagnosed from suzuki workshop that which sensor is popping up ! then it would be easy to debug.

@bilal49er; Sir scanned ECU and found O2 output error, emulator and all other sensors working f9 but as i have mentioned earlier this car iz having closed loop system ECU is getting input from O2 but fuel has been changed and O2 is doing his duty giving error.
No O2 check light on Petrol.......

Now thinking how to get rid of O2 error as car is smooth, RPM is stable and no misbehavior on CNG other than that.

Option of Installing Lambda or Temoseeto Chip 5 emu& Adv which is having built in O2 sensor option too

If u have completed atleast 3000-4000 KM mileage then its alright but if u HAVE NOT DROVE THE CR SO MUCH AND ITS MILEAGE IS UNDER 2000 or max 2500 than ur car hasnt become mature to RUN ON CNG.If u Install CNG in this much less mileage, UR car will give problems in performance even on petrol afterwards.BELIEVE ME ALL THIS IS PROVIDED TO ME BY A DEALER.

its 8.5K on odo same i was thinking thats why delayed to at least 5K+ KM

Scanner is giving what DTC no(error code)? I have the workshop manual and may be some help can be given

haven't read the code but string displayed on connected program at laptop was something "O2 sensor error"

@bilal49er; sorry dear i was busy at work yesterday not able to visit CNG installer and today going to Lahore so upload pics from Lahore InshAllah.

downloaded swift manual (thanks for sdoger again) and planning to go to scan ecu again so that exact error code can be checked i can go for rectification accordingly.

it was an O2 error what i have seen last time but forgot to check DTC otherwise it would have done already

Below are Tomasetto Original CIP 4 plus pics; when ever any one of you buy Tomasetto just compare circuit with the picture below for fake and original comparison

i had installed CIP 4 basic which don't have O2 buit in; asked the installer to arrange original CIP 4 plus so that we may connect O2 and see the results.

Dont install CNG on SWIFT its not recommended by company and your Engine will die after this installation......and you cannot have the feel of enjoying the ride of swift....so enjoy it on Petrol.......CNG to waisay bhi nahi milni aglay saal ....................by the way whats the avg by Your Swift....

Remember that petrol prices ar very high
