@ OP - 45 is good average for Piaggio 125. The figure you state is too low. Do have it checked by authorized workshop. Also get your spark plug checked by a good mechanic, he can tell you if bike is having a very rich mixture. Also, do share if the bike is missing or loosing power suddenly because that can mean a torn carb diaphragm as well.
