Pls..Pls Help Me.. I'm getting mad

Dear All thanks you very much for your inputs, the first thing is my carborator and fuel pump is ok coz most of the times at problem time I've noticed that petrol is not coming out from the fuel line of tank.

Today I tried the Sharo's mentioned method of sucking the fuel with mouth at both normal and trouble time.... now the result, in norming working condition when I suck the petrol from the main pipeline it was fluent but at trouble time it took a little hard to suck.
It seems that petrol gets blocked somewhere in main pipeline or some particles in fuel tank blocking the fuel line.

But the confusion I've cleaned the tank twice in last 30 days and also get cleared the main pipline with the heavy air pressure of service stations. What do you think is this the tank again which is blocking fuel?

I've another doubt but not clear abt it whether this relates to my problem or its just another problem, I and need ur suggestions, Is there any air pipe / overflow pipe for fuel tank? What if this is blocked?

I've experienced that during fuel filling petrol insertion gets slow down after 10 Ltr and petrol overflows from main filling pipe. Is there any possibility that due to blockage of overflow pipe supply towards carbo get blocked?

I think you have petrol leakage somewhere, and when the petrol comes fluently it leaks when petrol does not come it intake air from outside world.

Incase of leakage there must be some dropping drops or atleast tank's bottom must be wet with some petrol but there are no such sign ..

Tomorrow I'll also try to bypass the CNG/Petrol cutoff device and will attached the petrol pipes directly with cabo if it also failed then I must change my mechanic now. Can you pls also suggest me some good and professionally sound mechanic near around Johar Town.

All the symptoms points in the direction of fuel system air lock.

try running the car without fuel tank lid, if this technique works for you then it means the breather pipe of the fuel tank are chocked (due to rust/dust), check them out.

u surely need to change ur mechanic..
and yes there are breathing pipes for air inlet..and ur case is just like mine as breating pipes of my tank were also chocked...
and one more thing ask ur mechanic to check the length of the small shaft that drives ur fuel pump...

why dont u supply from a can of petrol , sometimes bcz of rusty fuel tank or lines (from inside) when you get then clean , they seem ok for tht time but when the petrol is there and movement of the car makes the zinc flakes loose and in result they detached themselves from the walls and come in the line with the flow of petrol . its easy to fine out , just supply the fuel from a 1.5 liter bottle or from any clean can .

y dont u try one thing from my side as iv experienced it in my car ! atleast put half / full petrol in ur tank so that there is enuf petrol in ur car and then try ! the logic is that when petrol is less in tank then wen u take turna the petrol slides to one side and fuel pump has decrease of petrol in its area of suckshun ! then when the car is straight the fuel come to its place and after some time fuel pump withdrws the fuel ! so i think thats y ur car engin stops for some time ! if this is the problem then tell me will help u further in it ! also try ur car on a strait road for some time without brakes as braking makes the fuel come on front of the tank ! i dont know where is the pump or the pipe located in ur tank ! did u understand my point ?

not possible , as the pump is design and installed at the key location form where it sucks the fuel no matter what the car direction n position is , even if the car is climbing on the hill it can suck as the tank is design in the way that the fuel comes at a certain point where the fuel pump inlet is present to suck the same. if that was the case that you mentioned so it mean when one person going to muree from islamabad in this typo car then the car wont go up to the hill

get CNG lines and replace your fuel lines by them.
we recently did the same when we were facing same kind of issue but in our case we had an EFi engine and the fuel pump was quite powerful

Dear Friends, Finally, Finally this mystery has been resolved (Thanks God). Yesterday I've changed the mechanic and he solved this problem.

New mechanic diagnosed that the problem is actually with fuel tank so he de-attached the tank, there was a dent at the bottom of the tank due to which surface of the tank was pressed inside and almost touching with inlet of fuel pipe located inside.

Due to a very little gap left between this sucking pipe and surface whenever some garbage particles, present at bottom of tank, comes near to this pipe they chocked the supply and car starts missing and stopped. So, he first cleared that dent and also pulled up fuel pipe a little up to ensure a fluent supply.

Since this treatment I drove over 100KM and did not face any trouble.

same problem was with my car so i lowered the fuel pump and made a downward elevation so that the fuel remains in a specific area and dosnt go here and there in steering and braking

Having EXACTTT SAME ISSUE ..
-Fuel Tank cleaned
-Carburator Full Serviced +butterfly repaired
-Fuel pumps changed 4 (including 2 electronics 1 new mechanical and 1 electronic with built-in relay)
-new lines (Alto VXR)
-new pipes
-new filters
-There was one filter in the fuel tank which I think was little choked. Mechanic removed it too for better petrol flow
-coil current checked

After every one of this work, car seems fine for few days and then suddenly stops just like the first time.. now I'm getting its complete new wiring to be sure that it is not because of some wiring issue ..

Please let me know if anyone faced this issue before..
