Plz suggest any solution for minor body rust

Minor touchups are just simple application of paint (by paint brush etc) after removal of rust, known as qalam by local painters. Whereas a paint job will require proper prepping of panel surface and basecoats etc. before paint is applied (through spray gun). If you are well versed with the procedure, you can do it by yourself. Else finding a good painter to do this job would be better.

it removes rust leaving body hollow
rust converter on the other hand, make the current rust as an active shield/guard against more rust. you can paint it as an extra layer
