I decided to give it a miss for the time being as i'm looking to concentrate my efforts on a plot which is costing me a hefty sum. Currently i need all the finances i can get my hands on for this project. I really want it however but I think it's more important to look at the long term instead of a quick & fun (powerslide induced) death

Guys i never bought the car, i had put a deposit and thad taken it home,.. the engine seized the same night so i returned it.

I know nothing about the car since then and i odn't want to know about it.

thats a 1995 rx7..currently in peshawar.painted yellow and converted to manual from auto.LXX 7 ....

going a little off topic here, how much would a 1978 RX-7 cost, in good condition. I know they might be hard to find. It ahs a 12A engine. have you had any experience with this engine before? and what other might be able to fit in the ca?

I saw this firebird at Liqui Moly's workshop some months back. I saw the engine lying there too it looked as if its in real bad shape. Somebody there told me that the guy who owns it now has a v8 coming from somewhere. Here are the pics

I think you did the right decision. I would rather advise you to look out for 190SL Convertible (any model between 1950-1972) . Actually my brother has one in UK, parked in his friend's garage (belongs to his friend's grandfather) and the price is also 4000 pounds...but the problem is how to get it to Pak. If you have right connections in UK, you can get most of good & classic cars within 3000 pounds + freight 500 pounds( doesnot matter even if one has to pay some extra money)....but the qusetion is can you really bring that old car to Pak?
