I'm actually one of those players who does stuff like judging the suspension during test-driving by looking at the telemetry, because thats the best way to observe. For example, the more your coils go into the red zone, the higher your car will rebound. I'd rather have a lowered car, with softer springs, and a soft rebound.

for AGP you will find out-dated cards only.. why dont you buy a new motherboard with PCIe 2.0.. but if you want to stick to your old motherboard then, keeping in view the availability of AGP cards, you may find following AGP cards..

Radeon X1650 PRO 512MB 128bit DDR-2 (Rs. 5500)
GeForce 7300GT 512MB 128bit DDR-2 (Rs. 4300)

PCI-E 2.0 MoBo are available from 3800 to 20000..........i've Asus P5S-MX SE............supports Core 2 Duo......PCI-E 2.0......DDR2 RAM.......all in all a perfect budget Mobo........

talking abt nVIDIA vs ATI..................nVIDIA is the best (y)(y)............ATi can have some driver problems......!!! My cousin had one.........that's y i m saying this!!!!!

as @sam007 has already told you that only problem with ATI cards is drivers that sometimes create problems with some games, otherwise Radeon is better in performance..

i think motherboards that support lastest PCIe 2.0 dont have support for Pentium 4 HT.. so you may have to change processor and RAM as well.. @sam007 has already given you the idea about prices..
