Isn't that an S4 V8? I don't think the RS4 came in that body style. There was one before, a twin-turbo V6 and one after, the 4.2 atmo V8.
As for the mods, the car shouldn't push at all with negative camber on the front and none on the rear. Are you sure you're not into drifting?
As for the brake balance, how can you brake at all with 85 percent braking on the rear?
Depending on the track, I go from 40:60 to 30:70 on the F/R diff torque split.
To be less tail-happy, I'd propose the following;
1) 40:60 diff bias F/R
2) More than 2 degrees rear negative camber
3) Brake bias of 65:35 F/R
4) Tweak the ensuing push using the anti-roll bars. Thicker means less traction on that end.
5) Go to stock tyre pressures.
