You were asking for cleaning products... What I use for washing is basically a dish washing liquid known as 'FAIRY'. It is a great detergent, safe on clear coats and metallic finishes.

I have tried lots and lots of washing fluids but this one is THE BEST!

You can find it in any grocery store selling imported stuff.
