Thanks to everyone who tried to help. Unfortunately, last week I was told by the society that I will no longer receive any mail from them. The community manager told me that too many mail was sent to me in the period of November and December but it did not reach me.
"Hi xxx,
I'm afraid you've been sent quite a lot of mails around November/December last year that have yet to arrive. We can't keep sending you mails if so many of them are going to be lost... You need to be able to receive mail to be part of the society.
Did something happen in the last few months that might explain why so many mails got lost? Did you perhaps move or were away from your address for long periods of time? Were there any major strikes in the postal system? Did your neighbors notice anything strange going on with their mail delivery, perhaps?
Let us know what you find out about this situation, so that we can try to help you. If your local post office fails to give you some explanation, perhaps you should consider using a different address for your society activities. In the meantime, we have suspended all mail toward your address until you sort things out.
Kind regards,
xxx
community manager"
