Your choice mate Surf is a excellent car easy maintenance good resale value suitable for Pakistani roads. Considering CNG point of view it is the best because you find CNG surf all around Karachi. We interior people consider surf more then Altis or Civic because we probably do not have roads

Plus there's enough space to maybe put a big 40inch LED TV in there....and best of all, its half the price of prado, surf, X5 etc...But you dont get the "dehshadd" effect in a stavic.

18-20lacs for stavic for the "lower" members of family.
now your left with around 25 lacs if your budget was 45lacs in total. With these 25lacs, buy a W140 S-class for the "heads" of the family.

Why don't u consider a 3.0 D4D Thai Vigo? Power and economy both at the same time. It ahs good fuel consumption.
It does 8km/l in city with AC.
On long it does 11km/l.
Remember D4D Vigo is more fun to drive than a slow 2.7L turtle(prado) that too on CNG. We too ended up buying a Vigo after a long search and discussions.

deshshadd in a Toyota LC Prado? kindergarten I think??? or some cheap panzies trying to pass as head honcho. They need a lollipop. Real bad a$$ SUV is a LR Defender or a MB Gelandewagen, Where the defender or G drives - even nature gives way

Now the exterior is not exactly that attractive...But interior is fun. Also, the second or third row seats turn around as well. All seats are pretty flexible.

I've found some which are selling for even lower price. But I'm assuming there must be something seriously wrong with them.
Its a shughal car for the price, I must say. And I have heard ride quality is pretty good too.
Only draw-back is the not so attractive exterior.

Yeah right...sit in those off-roaders and you're sure to break your neck or something. I've sat in defender on hilly, bumpy roads of AJK...couldnt take it more than 5 minutes...got out and went back in our car which was performing equally good, except more comfortably....He needs a simple SUV, not a offroader lol..

What is your say on stavic? is it good reliable car for the money ?

the problem is that cars that are good consume more fuel. And cars that dont consume much are not good to you.

So you need to decide, economy or good-looking car?
