Blow-by at idle is nothing to worry about. Rev the engine and check if the blow-by reduces. Get the valve clearances checked.

After taking out the transmission oil stick you can check the burned smell too.Change the transmission oil and there is a radiator of it in your radiator get it checked.Rest if you want to keep going to mountains with huge loads get Ironman shocks.Giving you advice after driving more than 200k km of this SUV and most of it in NA.
