I'd say that 28 lakhs would be an overkill for a 37k driven. But again that is an Islamabad registered car, so prices might differ... An exact same car would sell for 26-27 in Karachi.

What's the hurry of buying before Eid? Also, do you really want a black car? I mean, you will have to prepare yourself for black-car maintenance.

Usually, black cars are cheaper than white cars, therefore, it should've been placed cheaper than a Super White Corolla.

Yes in Islamabad rates are high. Why I want this car early? So the answer is I m living in Bahria Town and I need a car for a daily commute and occasionally long drive with the family.
Black colour in Islamabad is hard to maintain I know that I had a navy blue corolla 2008 model. So I can handle black as well.

In the above mentioned options I would suggest Corolla Altis.

However if you are able to find a clean 2014-15 Grande, it's the best option.

I was in a same situation of yours but luckily i found a altis 1.6 2018 FL Dec 2018 invoiced bumper to bumper but bonnet was scratched with keys , a small dent on trunk and a dent on rear kinnari ( beside rear right door) and i got it for 2750 almost 1 lac cheaper than market price of a clean car. I would suggest you to look for 2017 FL altis you can get easily in 28 i believe but features and looks of FL make a lot of difference when compared to pre FL. or go for yaris and if its that urgent get it on own.

locks+security systems are just a deterrent to some extent (if any) otherwise totally useless as we are seeing of immobilizer enabled cars being theft. and then there is nothing that can prevent gun point snatchings which are too common in Pakistan now. go for comprehensive Insurance through a good company like Adamjee for total peace of mind. i can help you with that if you desire.

Car seems quite good but 27 lac is on the higher side for pre Facelift, better go with facelift which would have same approximately same mileage in around 28-29 lac. In around 26 lac u can also find mint low mileage 9th gen. Civic. 2015 Grande can also be found in this budget but these 2 would be older than 1.6 Altis so i avoided them as i was also in this situation like 5-6 months ago so instead i went with facelift 1.6 in 27.5 lac totally genuine. While regarding security system, i think there is no need as theifs are getting advanced tech day by day and can bypass even immobilizers easily. Go for insurance for peace of mind as some brothers suggested.

Apart from a specious, sturdy, good looking, etc. etc. I fear corolla is highly vulnerable to be snatched, stolen, etc. than any other cars. I am saying it so, because I lost two new cars parked inside home!!! This forum never discussed about, why? or who is behind it. My gut feeling is that majority of new cars parts go back to Indus for re-use at a nominal cost than to import from seller. Anti theft lock, immobilizer or else are missing from corolla. Decision rests with you...

Now you can't get FL Altis in 2.8 mil, as the price of new FL Altis goes up by Rs. 160,000/- by Toyota Indus Motors, the price of the used ones also increase, now a used one will cost you around 2.9-3.0 million minimum in Islamabad, if you want a clean one without problems.
