wel if you want a new car then Civic it will have waranty and aftersales service also features are good
Premio is also a really good car nice features and superb quality but will be older compared to Civic
now the choice is yours

stay calm and enjoy the wait for getting a factory fresh brand new car with warranty. It will be money worth and you will be pleased with comfort if you have choice to change the color go for burgundy red or graphite blue Mid size car become smaller in eyesight with DARK colors

if you can live with a 5 year old car then Premio
as far as prices are concerned it depends upon model and engine 1.5 and 1.8 X/F/G
it starts from 2.1 million

and please wait for a few months and wait for any 9th gen Civic owners review before making a choice or pay a visit to a showroom near you
and also go and see a Premio from a dealer take a drive and then which ever you like buy it

For that price bracket Premio 1.5 or you can even get the top of the line Axio. Premio 1.8 would cost you around 28+ i am talking about GOOD cars grade 4.5+ (original grade sheet)

Civic would be a new car and it is very rare in the market nowadays and Premio is very common .. The civic would be a fresh piece and Premio would be a used car .. You don't even know how the previous owner used it .. but civic would be new and the civic will be having goodies like the navigation system even the premio has the navi system but it doesn't have the maps of Pakistan .. If a month back someone asked me the same question then i would have said " premio " but now I would say " a fully loaded Civic " .. and the price of th 07 X grade would be around 26-29 ( which includes used and fresh import 07 cars ) .. Correct me if im wrong

let me confess though till last week I was BLIND for Honda CARS I got a chance for a test drive New Honda Civic Car In Islamabad. It is GOOD honestly speaking It is comfortable, silent and stable in handling at speeds over 120+ . Last brand new Japanese car I purchased was 2005 Corolla GLI this 2012-13 Civic out shines it. It is indeed very very silent engine wise and smooth in drive if work & country situation permits a car change Honda Civic will be my choice for mid size saloon in that price slab at right time.

go for Civic, reason:
*Brand new , peace of mind for at least 3 years
*whenever u will drive ur car, the feel and smell of new car will make u happy
*it has almost every feature , that Premio have got
*u will get it with warranty for i think 50,000km
*Premio will be old, no peace of mind, milage will be 100,000 +
* u can choose ur favorite color
