I was reading the suggestions above, given by our fellow PW members,,,,,,
U must be more confused, i think,,,,

I have driven both cars,,,,,,,

My opinion is Just go for Civic Oriel Prosmatec,,,,,I m sure u will not be disappointed.......It is a great car,,,,I agree wid D4nnY about dashboard interior, but i dont think it is considerable keeping in mind the other advantages,,,,

I personally Keep In Mind the Driving Pleasure of the Ride, while replacing my car....The Civic is above All...
Civic got many Plus Points,,,,,,,
Brand New, Parts Availability,, Latest Technology,,, nd Above All,,,,,,Peace of Mind,,,,which is the most important...

Civic All the way, although its interior quality is not as good as premio, but sir its a new car and with warranty and a peace of mind on the other hand premio is 5 years old....

why dont u compare both cars let me tell u some of comparison between toyota premio and civic. i have used both cars.
first of all starting from looks premio has little bit better shape as both cars has a gud shape but according to market premio has better shape but i personally like new civic.
build quality of new civic is not really impressive as compared to premio
when u r talking about the weight of car premio is a heavy car better iron is used to build that car
now in term of comfort the seating style of civic is much better than permio seats of civic holds ur back completely but premio dosent and the seats of new civic is more comfortable than premio but when it comes to suspension the permio has a really gud quality of suspension car seems to be like floating of the road
pick and gear shifting of premio is much better than civic and it really gives u a great feeling while driving
cabin of premio is very sound as we all know cabin of new civic is also sound but when compared to premio it dont think its that much sound free.
for me sitting position while driving is very important and both have almost same sitting position
road clearance of new civic is very very gud
both have almost same fuel efficiency
but when i was at ur place i was unable to find a gud premio for myself so thats why i went for civic.
the real thing that is really important is the civic will be a new car while premio will be used one time has a great impact on the frame of car
so if u want to drive car for 3 4 years than i will suggest u to go for civic but if u want to drive for max 1 year than premio.

Premio..

nice and comfortable car.
a couple of days earlier i drove a premio for about 200 km in one go and it was fun to drive..
in eco mode it was doing 120 km/h in just 2200 rpm means less fuel consumption..
