Preparations/Naran/Muzaffarabad/Rawlakot/Banjusa lake on LC (Spitfire)

Lets go for some cooking classes :P.....

Actually when we reached our den for the night in Rawlakot ...it was an awkward time....like 6ish....

neither it was lunch time and nor dinner.....but we were quite hungry because skipped lunch .......as you can see that there was no place to stop (reasonable place)...and to cook...a lot of dust around....

so now we decided for some "HALKI PHULKI" cooking ......to survive till dinner.....:D...

So I am in action again.....

1300 Jimny is hard to find......real hard....The ones which Pak suzuki imported were manual and price was around 17/18 lacs....mostly bought by Govt....
no auto....
The ones imported were 660CC auto.....
I have hardly seen imported 1300 auto or manuals ones......that is why we built one....:)...
Jimny 1300 cc DOHC is very powerful machine....excellent to go to the places where our heavy /big cruisers can't go.....
But finding one if extremely difficult....specially in Lahore...cant say about other cities.....
I saw a lot of jimny sierra jeeps in DG Khan and in pristine conditions....

some snacks.....:).....

Omelet with thin slices of potato....and french fries.....

cutting some tomatoes and green chili...while thin slices of potatoes are being fried on the oven.....

A little frying of these potatoes are important prior to put them in the omelet......

Otherwise they will remain uncooked with the omelet...

Pouring Omelet material in the frying pan already containing fried potatoes......

After eating all this .....:P......did nothing but relaxed...watched tv etc....

Asked Abdul to clean the jeep....

and when I came out....

Results were not bad....
