I had visited banjosa in winter when the surface of lake was solid ice.... enjoyed a lot.. it's a nice place with greenery and grassy atmosphere .

I watched each and every ball.....not into cricket really...but you know,when its being played.... Pak VS India....:)....
I think I left PC on and signed in...but we lost...:(....
It must be a beautiful scene.....frozen Bnjusa Lake...
Surrounding is very beautiful and green as you said.....even more than the lake..

We decided to Have lunch at "Sial More"......
Normally when we leave....we carry the next meal with us...
Like leaving after breakfast.....have our lunch with us....
So we stopped at Sial more....time was around 4.00.p.m...was feeling hungry...

I think you did not get my point ... Tarar saheb does a lot of exaggeration .... Let me try to recall Iqbal Qasmi saheb and quote him "... aik bohat hi khoobsurat haseena aai, aur uss nay ..... mein nay haseena say kaha .. Bibi mein Mustansar Hussain Tarar nahi hoon":P:P:P

"Safar shumaal kay" was one of his earlier travelogues .... he traveled to the north with his family in a tiny Suzuki FX .... Just in order to prolong his story, he included a lot of "exciting" details of every place between Lahore and Islamabad ...

Having read, almost of his books, I think I can safely advise you to avoid reading his books ... your way of narration is far better than him ...

India played well, and they deserved to win ...

However, it was not exciting to see our Green Shirts, wasting away scoring opportunities, throwing away their wickets, and then looking 100% dumb on the screen.

It was really awe-inspiring to see Shahid Afridi's daughter praying for the success with the advice to her father ... "Baba pehlay tuk tuk karna" ... aur saari team nay "tuk tuk" dil par lai li.

This morning Geo showed Afridi's daughter crying over the defeat ... The little girl touched every heart. Everybody felt so bad.

But there is a brighter side .. many friends and family members came over to my place ... at least that was the fun part for me!
