@NaCC.....I agree with you 100%.....big /loose belly put extra pressure on your back......and if already a back patient...then it enhances the problem.....I used to walk 3/4 Kms regularly in the past.....But stopped....I don't know why....exercise (specific back exercise) was also part of my routine....again stopped....Health is the most important thing and should be given priority ...Make plans....but no execution......lazy duck...:(...

It almost took an hour in Kalar Kahar.....But its fine....no hurry to reach destination...its just a pleasure trip....I don't mind stopping anywhere/anytime....main thing is to extract maximum enjoyment out of the trip.....including journey....
On motorway ,I noticed these beautiful /sculptured tops....similar to these I saw in the threads about coastal highway/Gawadar...I also saw something similar (but solid stones) in my recent trip to Fort monro...
