InshaAllah, looking forward to see you in Islamabad for not only Pulao, but there is a very nice new BBQ place ... I think you will like that too. I know Lahore is the food capital, but sometime Islamabad residents get to know about nice food locally too.

I remained very busy in Lahore last year, but I went to the Hareesa place in Gawalmandi ... Have you been there?

Tragic end of 88 charade....Zahid Had a bad accident in that......I got it repaired and it was given to "Munshi" in Sahiwal (our village)....Later swapped with diesel engine.....Replaced with a santro...bla bla.....:)...
By chance...never been to any food street in Lahore.......
Your offers getting more and more tempting.....:P....
I think should come to Islamabad to avail this opportunity...

Dear Sir, Many thanks for your reply. I admire the way you encourage us. I had Santro Plus in really brilliant condition. I ask you about mehran because my intentions earlier were to buy mehran as well but now I bought coure 2003 model as per my budget instead of Mehran. Now I wish to travel these beautiful areas someday in this summer.

Anyways I am anxiously waiting to move further with you towards Naran through you excellent thread. So its requested to please post maximum pictures per day.

on buying new coure.....very capable machine.....far better in all respects than Mehran....Drive safe dear.....
Both of your Cars are very much Capable of exploring these areas.......
Only concern is about current road conditions...
I visited in last July...in fact I left mountains on the day of very first rain.....leading to disastrous floods....
Few friends went after that...and were trapped there in Naran....due to Landslides...for three days before the road was clear....
But I hope that road will be repaired by now and quite motor able....
Lets be sure about road conditions before leaving....specially with Family...
