I am obliged dear for appreciation and your nice and kind words........
"PARENTS".......
I was thinking to write something or not....undecided....but cant stop myself.....
Lost my father at an early age......My mother was my father as well and my best friend ever.....
But lost her a couple of years back.......and still not out of the shock......
Although married for last 20 years and my daughter is in O levels MASHALLAH.....But my life was tailored around my mother.....
and you know that when there is a strong attachment..... The pain of "detachment" is equally severe......
And now.......Having every thing BY THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY ALLAH"... but That hollow feeling is always there....some where inside......
Cant stop tears falling from my eyes.....

@Spitfire May Allah have mercy on her soul and give her the highest place in heaven. Mother indeed is a blessing. I am attached to my grandmother very much and she is not well most of the time due to old age...I dread the day when i'll hear the inevitable. I just pray to to God for her good health and the courage to bear the loss...

Rehman bhai you can use external mouse with your lap top as i do with mine.. its very easy to use and feels same like desktop pc but handy ..

Sattar Bhai....I had a chat with zahid ....and first thing he told me was gup shup with you......But there is so much to talk about....that mobile media is not enough for that...and meeting is a must....:)....

I will try to use lap top for my "purposes"......(PAKWHEELS)....currently it is being used for listening songs and playing "farmville" by my kids....:)......
My co-driver is very co-operative:)...as far as my interests are concerned...

Its a must to keep backups......But this was the first time in my PC using Life that a Hard drive crashed......Bad experience.will definitely keep a back up now.....

It is so easy to lose digital data .. all computer users know about backup. but we dont use ... If I recall Mark Minasi correctly .. there are three types of back up ...
1. Hardware-based backups
2. Software-based backups, and
3. Prayer-based back-ups ..

Most people follow the third type ...

Please buy a reliable portable disk ... I would suggest 1TB or 500 GB, make necessary partitions, and then set a reminder on first of every month, to backup your data. According to the implications of Murphy's Law ... Once you start regular backups, your computer will never crash ... Trust me on this ...

Let me add a bit of history Sardar sahib.
Haripur is named after Hari Singh Nalwa who was Ranjit Singh's top general and governor of Peshawar. He is a symbol of fear and dread in the Pakhtoon culture and stories of his atrocities abound. He openly expressed his contempt for Pakhtoons and died fighting very bravely in the battle of Torkham in 1837. His death really affected Ranjit Singh who trusted him the most.
On the contrary in Sikh traditions Hari Singh is held in very high esteem. However, even in Pakhtoon stories Hari Singh's bravado and courage is undisputed.

Thank you So much Omer Bhai....For telling this history about Haripur.......me and many other brothers here did not know about this interesting background of this city.....

We have wonderful agri lands.....Rivers,deserts,Lush green mountains,beautiful scenery ,glaciers,GOD gifted Minerals .......and so so much that words can not describe......
And we don't have ..Sincerity,Discipline,Unity and Love for our Land....:(....So sad...

When you travel frequently on a road.....you memorize the JUMPS and KHADAS.....Same is the case with me from Lahore to Sahiwal (my village)......
This Silk Route is a blessing for us and should be widened...as they are doing.....

Jhelum City ...I Am watching them since my childhood though there engines are not original but they are still used for transportation..

Interesting.......My Mamoo Lives in Jehlum...... A lot of invitations from him...will visit in June...

Sorry if my words made you sentimental, i completely agree with you that in the life of our parents we don't care, respect,love, and honor, them. Once Allah take this gift back than we feel the pain.
May Almighty Allah grant a higher place to your parents in Jinnah.

I pray for the health of your Grandmother......I consider parents/grand parents,gifts from GOD.......If we have them ,we should cherish each and every minute of their presence ......and should receive their "DUA" which is the most powerful thing known....
The biggest Nightmare for me used to be the time when I will have to live without my mother........and I am going through that phase of life now.......all the scenes are the same....except mother is not there.......every work is being done like before...but the feeling of loneliness is there......can't describe in words....Its like you watching a colour TV and all of a sudden it is converted into Black n White....
