Break eggs in a deep plate or some similar utensil....

A tip:.....If using more than one eggs,break every egg into a separate cup or something and add to the plate/ utensil afterward....because in case of a "GANDA ANDA"....:D....breaking into the same plate will ruin/waste all your eggs....lolzzzz....

"BEAT" them thoroughly....and add salt ,red chili...according to taste..

Add pre cut mixture of onions,tomatoes,green chili and coriander.....

Put some oil in the pan ....and let it heat....

"MIX" this mixture thoroughly ........

And pour it in the frying pan containing pre heated oil...
