Fresh water will not cause damage to steel, so no worries, the places where spots are seen ask a denter to use wire brush to remove the spots, cLean it with fresh water and if like apply small amount of paint with brush, do not use grease or oil on it.

I understand but just asking that some parts do catch rust very quickly that's why asking if I use grease or any other thing can prevent the car from rust.

Actually every car comes with rust protective coating but if someone spray diesel+oil(During so called car service) then the protective coating wear off.

My car is 10 yrs old I see rust underneath and fender corners. I have removed it many times but it comes again.

Which kind of parts you are referring to rear wheel arches are the first to rust out or you are talking about foot board's from behind the front splash pads or anything else.

Get them redone and apply a Coat of good rubberised sealant underneath the car if it doesn't have one...

Usually this process is known as compounding by most of the mechanic's it is helpful to prevent the car from rusting underneath it is usually applied all over the body but it's upto you. You can just get it applied in the specific area's which are more prone to rust. Like rear wheel wells front wheel well on the front side of floor etc.

Candel wax is best water resistance thing and very cheap to apply candel wax in wheel archs

Spray Rust converter on such spots. it make the current rust a protective layer which prevent spreading of further rust as well

Bro you need to do the following for prevention of car body against :

1: spray genuine wd40 and leave it about 2 hrs and than whipe it with hard cloth.this removes the rust.

2: meguires wax than anti rust coat.this will protect car body against rust for atleat 1 year.after that u redo the both steps for next year.

always use Ferrari car wax after wash every quarter of the year, i.e. 3 maheene main pehle gaari wash karen then apply proper wax. engine main greesing and wd40. bas!
