Have a spacer put on top of shock, not in spring. You may need to use a longer mount bolts. All it would do is increase your car height by 1" in unloaded condition. And would add height roughly .75" when loaded. Thats all you need to cross any bumps with peace of mind.No at front. Yes at back.
It will put a space in chassis and your shocks, thats it.
Now, it would not make your suspension any different.. Why? simply because, you are not increasing the spring tension by puttin spacer in the shocks. It won't disturb your center of gravity at all. As i got it done in my friend's prius. In my Honda. and in my Buick.
Simply don't be affraid of trying it out.
Guaranteed, suspension would nor be stiff nor be soft.
Making wheels bigger itslef is a heck. How? your speed would not be matched with of your speed meter. Your average would suck. and your pickup would be dropped considerably. Hicking power on hill would reduce. Extra load on engine. etc etc.
A simple soluotion to your simple problem.
Its like, if your bulb is fused, and you going for changing the whole charging system. Not needed !!!
And for all those, who making fun of you by suggesting hilux and stuff. Do not have a clue, hilux does not give luxury. Also they don't know in pakistan we do not have much varitie of vehicle to choose from.
Here in canada, we have atleast 24 brands and 4-6 model of each to choose from on very competitive prices with each same resale value. Hats off !!!!
So finally, don't go for tire change. will cost you atleast 40k+ with rims and tyre upgradation.
This solution woudl hardly cost you 1k.
