First register your number.You will recieve a call. Then dial the activation code that will come in the website.Then go to Widgets and type your friend number and you can call.

No in this way U will not be able to dial any number. Your phone will be restricted. Bcoz this option is not given in pakistan by any cellular company

any person working in any cellular company's switching centre (MSC) can disable his CLI by just a single command, so the sim provided by you is just a simple one whose CLI has been blocked by you or by your friend working in that cellular company.BTW this is illegal!
Most of the Nokia phones have an option of turning off your caller ID. Go to Call Settings and Choose "No" in Send my caller ID, and whenever you call someone, it will say "Private Number". You don't need a special number for that.

Dears I will give U the assurance of the company whose sim I will provide and the Company will be optional too. As for as turning of CLI by my friend or System is concerned, U can go to the Company office and confirm ur number by showing ur sim. They will confirm u that its a Private number sim. This is a 100% true sim. U guys are not believing it. But anyone who will purchase get the full surety.
i agree there are sims like this and they are for VIPs don't know the issuance criteria and its legal
