brother it looks like mechanic has ruined carburetor air mixture settings
and hope its the issue and anything from inside of carburetor is not damaged
or disturbed. I suggest contact honda antenna mechanic or warranty mechanic
ask him to adjust air mixture settings
This is the air mixture screw in CD70 Carburetor

you can adjust air mixture screw yourself i suggest turn the golden air screw completely in
don't tight it or use force when it stops moving leave it there now turn it two turn out
clockwise rotation will turn screw in anti clockwise will open it out
A complete 360 degree rotation is ONE TURN
Below in pic defining you what is ONE TURN & HALF TURN
in the pic that screw with spring is idle speed screw you can
set the final engine idle speed with this screw purpose of air
screw(golden) is to get best idle out of this screw adjustment
this screw increases engine speed as well if its too much in
bike drinks alot of patrol and results in black spark plug and
its called rich mixture if its too much out bike runs too much
lean which result in backfiring sound from muffler and engine
heat up so settings has to be neither rich nor lean

IF YOU ARE VERY NEW TO BIKES AND UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TELLING
THAN I SUGGEST DON'T TRY YOURSELF BETTER VISIT HONDA MECHANIC THIS TIME
COMPLAIN HIM ADJUST AIR MIXTURE SETTINGS SAY HIM BIKE IS DRINKING ALOT OF
PATROL AND IT SHUTS DOWN AS I LEAVE IT TO RUN ON IDLE HAVING DIFFICULTY
IN STARTING WHEN ENGINE IS COLD
