Problem posting pictures on pakwheels?

I cannot post something neither can i ask any question on pakwheels?? This msg comes..plz help

But i got the same problem i again verified my account...and then now i wanted to post a problem but invain then i wanted to reply to a post but failed to do so..
You dont have permision to do so...such a msg appear to me

I have suzuki khyber 1991 it was giving problems in petrol..each time my mistri did a service of carbuerator but the problem persists...at the end he asked me to change carburator as it is no more of use according to him...so i instead of changing carburator i changed my mechanic and went for another one...my this thing worked and he pointed out the problem it was all because of old plugs just current problems and he told me that the carburator is ginuine and the mechanic was(ullu ka phatta)...after changing plugs now she gives me about 17km per litr mileage in petrol...
PS i am new here and i cant post something new neither i ask a question thats why i replied here...each time i am asked that you dont have any permission to do so..i have verified my account but still same..please anyone give me answer about this problem..
