Make sure the headlights inner cups are properly adjusted and the glass in front is not faded. if the lights r not adjsuted u can adjust the beam by adjusting screws behind the lights.
if faded then get it cleaned. you can also watch many videos on making the faded headlights new again.
One more thing u can do, install good fog lights with H3 bulbs in the space provided in front bumpers. that will also help in giving a better view.
Last but not least, get ur eyes tested...no offense but sometimes we have problems in our eyes adjusting the incoming light or weak vision.
