If a tyre has only yellow mark then it should be alligned with noozel.

And

If a tyre has both Yellow and Red Mark.

Then it meand Tyre has surface Imbalance known as Talli of tyre which comes in contact with road (at the point of Red Mark given by company) this red point is Called High Point it should be alligned with low point on Rim .

Low point :- most rim Makers put Noozel at lowest point of rims.

But some high end rims Like in Sportage Rims .
Rim makers put a red dot or Sticker or sometimed a elevation to mark the "low point" of rim .

Yellow Dot signifies the side ways defect of tyre which gets rectified when you put weights on rims using tradational wheel balancing machine

Thus yellow sign importance gets nulled when tyre has red dot.

I am Currently using Advan db v552 in My Yaris. Driven 30000kms.

And in my Civic 2010 driven 50000kms

And Also using Blueearth es32 in my city driven 40000kms .

My observation is that Advan Db remain as soft as when brand new

However blueearth satrts getting harder after 30000kms

There is official shop of yokohama in faisal town, Lahore named as zams. Search them on Facebook.

@op got 205/65 R15 continental uc6. I did not face any issue in them. They're the best tyres I have ever used. Driven them for 12000kms now at all types of speeds and roads. UC6 is 5 times better then advan db. I have used all db and advan dbs.
DB is just over-rated due to less noise.

They told me that they are official distributors of continental tyres and they still insist that they are original import.
I am still stuck with those tyres and am not using that car much to avoid use of those tyres.
The seller is demanding extra money for replacement that I am not willing to pay. Lets see how the issue is settled.

As far as I know, for Pakistan, following is the official website for Continental Tyres:

And as per this website, there are 11 official and authorised dealers for Continental Tyres in Pakistan.

10 are Tyre Point at Metro Outlets, and 01 is Mr Syed Asif Ahmad, Euro Tyre & Rubber Company, MUSTAFA CENTRE, KHALID BIN WALEED ROAD. PECHS BLOCK-2, Karachi

If any one else claims to be the official and authorised dealers, then as per this website, and my opinion too, he is NOT!

no agreement on this.

yokohama es 32 and ae51 both are exceptionally good tyres.

i faced slow speed bumpyness issue with continental cc6 as well.

YES. Its mentioned on General tyres PK website, that they are now the official and authorised dealers for Continental tyres in Pakistan (as General Tyres Tech. is also based on Continental Tyres Germany), however, the official website for Continental tyres in Pakistan speaks otherwise.

So, as long as there is no mentioning of General tyres as official and authorised dealers of Continental tyres (on official website of Continental tyres for Pakistan), we should take Metro / Tyre Point as official and authorised dealers for Continental tyres in Pakistan.

2ndly, official / authorised dealers can also sell smuggled tyres, as profit margins are more there.

Tyre Point is an exception, when it comes to such malpractices!

Bro you haven't used uc6 yet.
I have used yokohama decibel v550, v551 and es32.
UC6 outperforms all of them. Bluearth series is even harder then advan dbs and contis.

CC6 is entry level from continental.
After that comes contieco, contipremium, contimax and then ultracontact.

If you are comparing cc6 with high end models of yokohama then that's wrong. Compare it with yokohama A drive.

Audi Etron and Mg HS both are coming with uc6 from factory.

Yes but Tyre point on Thoker Niaz Baig ,Lahore (outside metro) are frauds they sold me Romania made Continental CC6 by saying that tyre point only sell officiall import tyres . But as soon as i drove my car on motorway it gives very weird king of wobbliness .

So then i studied throug internet and came to know that in Pakistan only Malaysian made Continental are officially imported.

And only Tyre point inside Metro shooping marts sell official import products due to strict quality check by Metro

Did you go again for wheel balancing? Tyre point thokar machine was not calibrated, and they sent me inside metro for balancing. There was no wobble after that. I purchased continental UC6 made in Portugal from tyrepoint thokar. Try getting double side wheel balancing (inside/outside) with sticker type weights when you have alloy rims. That's the best type of wheel balancing you can do.

I have cc5 on a swift and just got ae51 for the brv. No comparison. Cc5 is miles ahead in terms of comfort and low noise.
Ae51 is a proper hard tyre. Wouldn't ever recommend it.

I have got rid of dreaded continental UC6 and have them replaced by yokohama bluearth ES32 made in Japan and 43 week of 2020. Nothing paid and no refund. Have driven them just 5kms yet. There was option to replace UC6 with Michelin Primacy 4 but the shopkeeper strongly suggested bluearth.
