1. You should get proper uncut wiring (Only check tps connector, how all the wires are taped at connector and this pattern is there in many places in current wiring)
2. Radiator Fan should be auto, Thermostat Installed and use coolant.
3. Clean IACV and Throttle Body and Calibrate TPS Sensor (0.5V at close throttle/4.5V at Wide Open Throttle)

This will give you proper running car with better fuel average and performance than now.
For best result, you should get kabli engine + ecu + uncut wiring + all the other sensors required but it will cost you a lot

no. this is not a diesel engine car producing soot or cat converters in it

Better to just swap a block.
Other stuff is from d16 already. After block swap everything will match up.
i still can't digest you couldn't find wiring.

RPM/Throttle based 3500-4000 safe range

i highly doubt ur current setup has vtec working
