1st- Men ne new 2011 model ki bike purchase ki theak 6month bad pechy ki jumps kharab ho gai or bike pechy se thori si beth gai costumercare se reply ata he ky 6month ho chuky hen to ap repair ker len bus repair ker li khas faraq nahe para (men dubble safer nahe krta or mera weight 85Kg he)

2nd- Starting men to bike bahot achi chali but ab bike vibrate kerti he 60 se oper jao to, mechanic says rawan nahe hui ap bhagaty nahe hen fast chalaen ... kya such men ye wajh ho sakti he(men bike 60 tak hi chalata hun 4800-kilometer chala chuka hun running bhi kam he) ?

3rd- Gear shift kerty waqt awaz aati he thak thak .

4th- Bike slip kerti he turning per ye bara masla he mechanic says tyre mota wala(radial-chora wala) dalwain grip achi nahe he is bike ki perfectly align to he, agr mota tyre dala to speed gir jay gi

ab men kya karon ap ki reply ki guzarish he plz

bro push it hard once above 60.. push it quite hard for about 10 kms and it will be fine then.. the vibration issue will be solved..u have to do it after the first 1000 kms

@Mecha first of all nice thread I was thinking to start one like this where every gs owner can ask Q or share his exp/prob coz sometimes it feels very odd to start a new thread for small quire. Now coming to the point

1- jab app ki bike lagi the to kia rim terha how tha ager han to phir rim change kar k dekho aliment sa itna farq nahi para ga.

2- ager bike ko 1 saal hoo gaya ha to os ka drum kholwa kar laath machine walay sa os ma cut lagwa loo you will surely feel the difference. bilal gunj ma dekho hoo sakta ha koi disk brake ka setup mill jaya use ma sasta, karachi, shersha ma aik mechanic na mujha 3k ka estimate deya tha full installation k saat.

3-khad khad tu bhai bardast karni pari ge os ka koi haal mujha nahi mila ma na bohat sa mechanics sa ya masla discuss kia, ma na abhi 2-3 mahinay pehla lee ha 2006 model ha os ma ya kahd khad ha mera dost k pass b 2006 ha os na new lee the os ma sa ya khad khad nahi ati likeen os na shoro se care ki ha bike ke aur ab b karta ha es leya os ki bike abhi b new jasi ha.

khad khad jo hy actually ap shayad clutch pura dba rahy ho, ab k light sa squeeze krio don't go all the way that it touches the grip just light squeeze bohot smooth ho jaye ga.

gear box mn khad khad kabhi theek bhi ho jati hai apne app, i think somewhere only a .1mm is making a difference !

acha issue ye hy ki mostly jo bikes hn suzuki gs 150 k, factory defected hn. steering problem, out of alignment is a common issue. me shocks nd column dono sidhay karva chuka hn mgr nae farq para.
or aik issue hy zang alood rims jo tube ko andr sy puncture krty hn.

I have bought zero meter Gs-150 a week before..2 problems are there 1 is missing and the other is whenever I pickup the bike in 1st gear a khatak sound from chain comes though the chain is properly tight..how can I solve these problems as we have no specialist mechanic in our area..also guide me which tyre size I should buy rear tyre 100/90-18 or 90/90-18 and which company..thinking of TVS??

U need to replace ur front forks ASAP also get ur triple tree checked, if it has been running like this for a while it might have found some space to release the tension..

for transmission sound " KHAD KHAD" check if your clutching cable are not loose..it needs to be nice and tight for proper clutching !

missing is not a issue some new bikw to it bcoz their carb not not tuned first tuning will sole the problem and for khattak soung use kawaski gto 125's rear brake shoes they will solve the problem

khattak sound is because of the drum rubber, not the brake shoes brother
